Backyard: gas line to the house for grill and grass and garden. Very private backyard due to a stone garage for the opposing house as a barrier. Plus, west neighbor has a high wooden fence which gives this yard ALOT of privacy--very unusual for a city house. We love this back yard area. There is a side alleyway to the east of the house separating us from the next house (shared walkway alley). This side yard has plenty of flowers and vegetation and in the front are 2 beautiful flowering cherry trees. Really some of the only trees on the block which I believe distinguishes our house from the rest. We love this house. We are considering moving as my wife is a country girl at heart and does not enjoy city living as much as I do.

Transportation: At corner of JFK Blvd is a bus stop for the local #10 to JSQ and the #99s direct to Port Authority NYC. I used to commute to Madison & 43rd for 9 years and this bus takes less than an hour typically. I would say it is on avg a 45-50 minute trip and my stop is one of the last stops that you could ALWAYS get a seat.
Light Rail stop at Westside avenue approx. a 10-15 minute walk (6-8 blocks).
