PERSONAL NOTE: My Wife and I own a Motorhome and when we come home from a trip we have to store it. (very inconvenient), The lot we have, although big, is not big enough to park our Motorhome on and we want our Motorhome on our lot. I tell you this only to show why we are selling, because the home is exactly the way we want it. Who ever buys it will be very, very happy. We also love the location and all it has to offer, such as the exciting Tampa Bay Area with it's pro football, baseball, Broadway shows, deep sea fishing, cultural centers, beaches, entertainment, etc, etc. We are selling our home but we are not leaving the area and once you are here you won't want to leave either.

If you are a snowbird and travel back and forth from the north then this is the place for you.  A place you don't have to worry about security, outside upkeep when you leave, a place where your neighbors look out for one another even when you are not here. A place that is NOT so big you get lost in the crowd. A place that you can get envolved in as much or as little as you want because there are many activities going on all the time. This is a very active park.
