Ranch house in the country for Sale upstate NY

This house that is up for sale was my brother and my parents home. Our father built this home his self in the mid 1970's it is a ranch style home with a full basement . Basement floor and walls are pourd concrete it is unfinished, has a laundry room and fruit celler , Basement has an entrances from upstairs within the home and a bilco style out side of the home. Basement Has never had any water issues in its 30plus years!
Their is a unfinished fire place which was intended for a family room that was not done due to our fathers illness. The upstairs of the home is laid out very convienently with the kitchen and dining room located centraly.Has 3 large bed room with closest , master having two and are ceader lined this room is carpeted the other two bedrooms have oak hardwood flooring, the rest of the house is carpeting and vinyl tile it has a den which can be used as a bed room. The kitchen is large has an island has nice cabinets but does need to be updated including the flooring . Two full Baths with a shower the one the with a tub, these rooms should updated also. The living room is fairly large, has a nice hand laid flat stone faced fire place with mantle. All rooms and cellings have been repainted. The exterior of the home is Yellow vinyl siding and well instalated windows are integeras roof is brown arcateck shingles. All these items were new in 2004 along with a new blacktop driveway. The structure of the house is one of the most sound and sturdy built this country. Ther is no plywood or osb board found in this place. I can better describe it on the phone.
