Manufactured home for sale in Kings Pointe

My owner needs to sell me because since she now has a new man in her life, she is moving. She is sad about leaving, but she knows I can make someone very happy to have me. I am a place with lots of personality-you have to see me to appreciate. I have such a BIG master bedroom with an awesome bathroom. What is nice about me is one bedroom is at the front of the house and the master bedroom is at the back which makes it nice for added privacy. I also have a den that you walk into from the front door. Cathedreal ceilings, adorable kitchen/utilityroom and a great screened in porch that is so nice to sit out in this great Florida weather. I also have an attached shed from the porch with lots of new shelving and there are lots of shelving also in my walk in closet. The stove and refrigerator/microwave stay with me. I also have a nice carport. I am located  on  Highway 92 in between Lake Alfred and Auburndale. This 55+ community has an extra nice heated pool  and hot tub along with the clubhouse that has activities going on there all the time. You sure are never lonely living here--if you want to participate. What makes ME even better though, is that I have  neighbors surrounding me, that are awesome!!!  P.S.-I almost forgot-I've got beautiful new landskaping and I think I look BEAUTIFUL!!!!!
