Boy, if I sound desperate it's because I am.  My kids and friends think I'm crazy slicing off $440,000 from my original asking  price.   If not purchased as your full time residence or peaceful vacation/hunting/fishing Shangri la, it would make an incredible investment property.  With a little patience I know it could be sold for a ton more.  Unfortunately, I'm just not in position to wait it out.)

Last Dec. a local couple fell in love with this property but they had to sell their place before they could buy it.  In a too generous mood, I gave them an entire year to sell their's.  That year is up Dec. 18, 2009 and since they have no imminent prospects, I'm putting my property actively on the market again .... with my price reduced even further.....down now to $550,000.

*NOTE: this place was the absolute pinnacle dream for my wife Mary and I. We were so excited over it and worked 15 hard years toward it's development. It was more than worth the effort as we both so much enjoyed living here in the seclusion of the woods and Mary especially loved the wildlife.
