According to a new CoreLogic report, home prices jumped 12% in September over 2012 and are projected to continue their climb 12.5% over last year for October. This market optimism can be felt in the five most popular by-owner home listings featured on ForSaleByOwner.com last month, two of which happen to already be under contract.
