Before you take interior photos and prepare your home for showings, declutter your home, then take a good look at your furniture with a critical eye and stage your home for your photo shoot. Your furniture may work great for your family, but too much furniture creates a crowded look and can make a room seem smaller than it really is. Remove and store excess pieces and/or re-arrange to create a “clean” look that will show buyers the full potential of each room. Then, go room to room and plan your photo shoot based on angles that provide compelling perspectives.
