How It Works...
- If you decide to list your home with a full-service real estate agent, call or complete the online referral form.
- We will contact you to confirm that you would like to move to a full-service agent and work directly with you to fully understand your needs.
- We will then locate a top agent in your area and put you in contact with them. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with the agent, just let us know and we will locate additional agents to serve you.
- After you have listed your home with the agent requested through HomeOwners Realty and the sale is complete, simply send us a copy of your HUD closing statement (supplied to you by the Title/Escrow Company at closing) and we will send you the greater of:
- A refund of the money you spent with ForSaleByOwner.com
- or
- A gift card for up to $1,000, depending on the value of your home sale.
