5 Most Popular Homes For Sale By Owner in May
May was a great time for the real estate market, and the proof is in a survey conducted by mortgage giant Fannie Mae. Their May 2013 National Housing Survey found that more than 40% of people surveyed think that now is a great time to sell, a number that has more than doubled in the last year. Even better, more than 76% of respondents feel that now is a great time to buy. So, it’s no surprise that ForSaleByOwner.com listings were especially popular in May, and none more so than the five by-owner homes below. Tell us in the comments which one is your favorite.
