My plan was to fix this house up fully but I just don't have the time. Not really looking to make a profit on this, just get out what I put in. If you can paint and clean carpets then you can have a nice house for ~$15,000 under value. I'll even leave the paint/tile I have for the house so all you need to do is spend a couple weekends updating to your taste. Once I clear out some of my ongoing projects and start working on this one the price will go up accordingly.

Real Estate sites list the square footage as only 1100. This doesn't include the fully finished basement. The basement is at least 400 sq ft of usable living space. It already has a second egress so this living space is legal.
