When I purchase this home 15 years ago I first knew I wanted a place near Shakespeare. I'm just a few blocks away from Woodmere Park and Shakespeare Park. Playgrounds, soccer fields, tons of walking and bike riding areas. The Art Museum is right there as well. Just one exit up from East Chase where all the food and shopping in the city is located. Headed the other direction downtown is only 10 mins away. My favorite room in the house is the living room where I have spent many nights gazing into the real fireplace. There's a second large bricked area for stocking the wood as well with a large wood mantel. It's the largest room in the house with 20ft tall A-frame ceilings with dark wood paneling with tall windows that go to the apex and show through to the back yard where the cherry trees blossom and the hydrangea bloom. The floor plan is split with the master bedroom to the left and the other two bedrooms to the right of the living room. The guest bath has just been retiled and one of the rooms has fresh paint and a new ceiling fan. The large water heater is new as of 2016. The AC/Heat is brand new as of 2018. The fridge which was a $2500 purchase goes with the house as a large side by side with freezer on the bottom. It was new as of 2015. The house is also equipped with a vacuum system throughout the house, thou I never utilized it. The bedrooms have french door closets and each bedroom has a ceiling fan. The roof was new as of 2006 by Jones Brothers Roofing. The previous owners also inclosed the attic and made it a 3 office/bedroom above the dining room.

Rental- I have rented this house out for the past ten years for $1000 per month. My current is looking to relocate and I am looking to sell this property.
