Beautiful open floor plan home at the end of a Cul-de-sac. As you pull up to the home you notice a large driveway for off street parking. You also notice two mature oak trees that provide great shade during the hot days. The new garage door (2018) provides entrance to the two-car attached garage which has a passage door to and through the laundry room into the kitchen. This is great for taking groceries in as the garage entry door and laundry room door line up making it a straight walk in. Or you can go through the main entrance to the home which open into the family room, kitchen, and dining room. The garage has a newer garage door opener (2015) and has a water heater, storage closet and wall cabinets up front. The attic for the garage provides for additional storage with lighting and flooring over most of the garage. The electric panel and a water softener are also located in the garage but the water softener is out of service at this time as the previous owner had the drain tubes going out the side of the garage onto the pavement and the salt water was damaging the concrete so I just bypassed the water softener but it could easily be put back into service just needing to have the hoses go under the pavement. The kitchen is very modern with Quartz counter-tops, newer stainless-steel appliances (2015) and cabinets with slide outs on the bottom cabinets. All of the appliances convey with the home to include the washer and dryer. If not wanted I will donate them. The bar has 5 bar stools that will convey with the home and the dining room has a couple of cabinets that will convey with the home. The family room is big and it has three large windows looking out the back to the two patios. There is a door that leads out to the patios from the main part of the house and from the master bedroom. First you walk out to a tile covered patio 9.9 by 13.3 with an outdoor fan/light. From there you walk straight out to the 11.10 by 50 concrete covered patio. As you look to the right you see a new Tuff-Shed (2017) which helps block the full wind while still allowing for a breeze to blow through. To the right there is a rock are and you see the other shed which is really a small workshop 16 by 8 with windows at each end for air movement and double doors in front so you can move big things in and out of the shop. Right beside the shop is a beautiful lemon tree which produces all year around. The whole back yard is surrounded by a new picket fence (2018) for privacy and dog/s if you like. As you enter the house and look to the left there is a hallway with closet leading to the bedrooms and office. The office has three windows looking straight down the street so you can see all the neighborhood through the windows. The office has a ceiling fan and closet so it could be used as the fourth bedroom if needed for that. The hall bathroom is right in the middle on the opposite wall to all of the bedrooms. The bedroom next to the office has a full bathroom and smaller walk-in closet making it nice for a guest room or a teenager that needs a little more privacy. The master is at the back of the house and it has extra insulation and a fire wall between the family room and it. Very private for yourself and significant other. The master bath has a heater/fan/light all on separate switches as you go into the room. Next there is the toilet with its own door and fan. Across from that is the large walk in shower. Next to the shower is a large soaking tub and the vanity with double sinks and plenty of storage below. There is a separate switch for the vanity and a mirror the whole length and the walk-in closet with a lot of room to hang and shelving above all of that. All of the walls are neutral with a very high-quality Sherman Williams paint so it would be easy to add your own color palate to each wall or leave if you are like me and prefer neutral color on the walls. I have all of the manuals for the appliances and keys to all of the doors and garage door opener. This house is move in ready and we are in the process of moving to our new home so we can close as quick as you would like or are able.
