Home has always been well maintained. Mature oaks, with pothos vines, fruit trees, pineapples, pomegranate, avocado, tangerines, elephant ears, bougainvillea's, jasmine covered fence line and much more. Entire half acre has irrigation from private well. Covered outdoor area with mister system. Full 4x8 shed for storage. House is on city water with septic, septic just emptied last year. Shingled roof less then ten years old. Air conditioning unit is less then ten years and just serviced. Duck work inspected as well. Alarm system with recorded video surveillance on outside of house. Hot water tank is less than ten years old. Granite counter tops. House is wired to run entire house with 6800w generator which is included.
