Walk out the front door to easily access the Hike & Bike Trail to Runyon Lake and Downtown Riverwalk! This home is only a 7-minute walk to the Pueblo Convention Center!! The yard is fenced and this property is GREAT for dogs. Home comes with a large refrigerator and washing machine. Home comes with 8-camera day/night security system & 1TB Internet enabled DVR. FREE online access 24/7! Basement is unfinished but allows for some storage. Home needs flooring. The roof does not leak, but needs repair work. 2019 Property Taxes were $180. Asking: $60,000.00 and we are firm on this price. NO owner financing. NOT for rent. We have been very happy living here. The neighbors are great and most of them have lived here for 10+ years.
