Will I Get Exposure on other Real Estate Websites? Depending on your package and location, once you publish your listing ad on our site we’ll automatically syndicate your listing to a wide network of websites. It usually takes 48 hours from the time you publish to the time your listing appears on Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, and more. Realtor.com and MLS listings typically appear three business days from the time you submit your paperwork. Can Someone Help Me with My Listing? How Do You Provide Online Privacy and Security? Your privacy is one of our top priorities. We offer a secure voicemail and email message center. How Do I Get Started? It’s fast and easy. Choose a package that’s right for you, create an account and publish your online listing in minutes. Who Manages My Listing? You have complete control of your listing. You can log in to your account to customize or edit your listing in your Selling Center any time, day or night. Change your description, upload or update photos, add a video, schedule open houses, and more. Can I Customize My Listing? Some customers tell us they’d like to mix and match package features. Is this possible? Absolutely! Call us at 888-FOR-SALE and we’ll walk you through the process. How Will I Know How My Listing Is Performing? With your account, you’ll have access to a personal dashboard where you can track how many people view your listing, print your property flyer, and more. How Do I Upgrade or Cancel My Listing? Want to modify your listing package? No problem. There are no additional charges or hidden fees to upgrade or change your package except for the difference in the package price as long as no paperwork or forms have been submitted for additional exposure with a Realtor.com or MLS listing. You can temporarily deactivate your listing for up to 12 months by calling Customer Support, or cancel your listing by logging in to your Selling Center and removing your ad. When Do I Have to Offer a Commission? The MLS (Multiple Listing Service) advertises to thousands of eager agents who have buyers looking for homes. You’ll need to offer a commission fee to buyer agents in order be listed on your local MLS, typically 2 to 3% is acceptable. By offering a commission, agents are more likely to bring their qualified buyers to your home, and you are 25% more likely to sell. Of course, if you sell your home to a buyer who doesn’t have an agent, you won’t owe anyone a commission fee.
