How soon will the photographer contact me to schedule an appointment?
You should receive a call from your photographer within 1 business day of purchasing this package.
How soon after a photographer comes to my home will I receive my photos?
You’ll receive emails containing your photos within 48-72 hours.
Do I own the photos?
Absolutely. You have full rights to all of your photos.
Will ForSaleByOwner upload my photos?
ForSaleByowner includes easy instructions on how to access and upload your photos to our site at the time of delivery.
Our network of professional photographers consists of independent contractors who choose whether or not to be insured and bonded.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations will be allowed as long as the photographer has not already come to the home and taken photos. No cancellations due to weather will be allowed except for extreme circumstances such as flood, fire, earthquake, tornado, etc.
What if I need to reschedule the photographer’s shoot?
You can reschedule a shoot with 24-hours’ notice. If you reschedule with less than 24-hours’ notice there is a cancellation fee of $25.
